The WSKC Committee have been in talks with Larkhall Circuit about mergeing control of practice, this is to reduce running costs for the club and to improve timetable communications for practice days – something that has been an issue for members to date, this lets Larkhall Circuit communicate faster and directly with those who sign up for practice on their website.
No changes to costs or track time will occur as a result of these changes for members, the difference is in the booking in process. Gold members will still be able to book in and practice included in the membership fee they have paid, Bronze (standard members) will still pay £40.00. Non-Member fees will be dictated by Larkhall Circuit.
WSKC will continue as normal for to administer the running of Race Meetings as expected by members and booking in for Race Meetings will continue to be via the WSKC website/Alpha Entry system.
This change will allow a reduction in operating costs for the remainder of 2020 for the club, with this the current operations manager will reduce to a part time basis at the end of September following handing in his notice in August.
